The telepass experience


I redesigned the user experience of the Telepass website: and guess what? it is still more or less the same, online since 2006. We focused on the interaction of users within their personal pages, a growing community of users that increased dramatically in the years to come. Basically the customer can fully manage his trips on line, having a full range of possibilities. For sure on of those things that made life easier, like the device itself.
